Alexander Hamilton was a Federalist that supported the constitution greatly (He actually wrote 51 of the Federalist papers) but did not support the Bill of rights. He believed that the constitution did not need a Bill of Rights and that adding one would be unnecessary.

George Mason was an Anti-Federalist. Anti-Federalists believed that without a Bill of Rights, the government would have too much power and wind up taking away the people's freedom.

Hope that Helped!!!!
