I need help here's the question A bathtub can hold 90 gallons of water. The faucet flows at a rate of 3 gallons per minute. What percentage of the tub will be filled after 9 minutes?

How long will it take to fill the whole tub? 90 ÷ 3 = 30

It takes 30minutes to fill 100% of the tub.

What percentage of the tub will be filled after 9 minutes?

part/whole = 30/100 = 9/x

100 × 9 = 900

30x = 900

30x/30 = 900/30

x = 30
