An Earthquake has caused this, I know this because of the rubble. I know it's not a tornado or something similar because this building has collapsed, not blown away neither has it been lifted a few feet from where it used to be and the building next to it is damaged but still standing. Many earthquakes that are violent enough have the power to make buildings collapse, because of the vibration of the ground. Earthquakes are usually caused when rock underground suddenly breaks along a fault. So an earthquake is actually the result of sudden releases of high energy that take place from the crust of Earth. Since an earthquake leads to travelling waves of high intensity, such waves can easily give a jolt or shock to any building. So in conclusion I think an earthquake caused this in the picture because many earthquakes that are violent enough have the power to make buildings collapsed, because of the vibration of the ground.
