Depression is a life long battle and it’s not something to be ashamed of. You look at almost anyone around you and they feel it. One thing I’ve tried doing is getting myself a set schedule. When you do this it helps your body and mind to not be as depressed. Another thing is do thinks to keep you occupied. Wither you take on a new hobby or start a new project distracting your doesn’t quite solve the problem but it helps a lot. The last thing I’ve found that helps is go and spend some time in the sun. Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain. One of the chemicals that is linked directly to depression is vitamin d. spending time out in the sun provides your body with lots of vitamin d and helps you overcome your depression. The last bit of advice is talk to someone you trust and that can help you. Your parents, friends, grandparents and even teachers. You don’t have to go through this alone there are so many people in your life who would give so much to see you succeed. If needed talk to your doctor about getting medical treatment. You’ve got this and I believe in you. Keep going and I know you’ll make it farther In life than you ever thought possible
