Which is the prime factorization of 42?

2 x 2 x 5
3 x 14

The first one because 2,3, and 7 are all prime numbers and a prime factorization.

Explanation:

Thats the answer I'm not guessing but I dont know how to explain thourghly.

The best i can explain it would be that A the numbers can't be divided further. In C 14b can be therefore it isnt C its A! ( B and D dont equal 42)
