Passage 1:

Millie tucked her long hair up into her brother's cap. As long as no one
looked closely, she would get away with her disguise. Father nervously
handed her a few coins. "Don't speak to anyone," he warned. "Just go
straight to the wharf, pick up the shipment, and come right back to the
shop." Millie knew she should be afraid. No decent lady would be seen
at the wharf - and in pants! But she couldn't help feeling a little excited
about her mission,
Passage 2:
Zhang sat down next to Wei and opened his lunch pail. Wei dropped
his chopsticks in surprise. All around them, boys stopped and stared.
"Zhang," one of them called out, "are you mad? That's where the Three
Willows Village boys sit!" Of course Zhang knew that, but he no longer
cared. He was tired getting special treatment because of his name
and his birthplace.

Answer:

D

Step-by-step explanation:

millie is breaking cultural traditions by being a girl in a cap and pants (at least in her time period, probably a while ago) and Zhang is breaking it cultural stuff to since he is "tired of getting special treatment" due to his name & birthplace, and he's probably sitting where lower class kids would sit
