Answer:

I was once not the leader in a creative biome project. Where the goal was to build a biome or natural structure out of everyday materials. The leader suggested to build a waterfall. We had built the water fall out of plastic tubes and that was about it. The strengths I noticed from the leader was the decisiveness and ability to create ideas. The weaknesses I noticed were the execution and overall effectiveness at the ideas made and maintaining a standard that others should keep.
