:During this quarter you have read texts about how individuals from one generation can learn from those of another generation. Oral histories and storytelling are two methods that have allowed different generations to share with each other. Think about your own connections to people from different generations. Select one person from a generation that is different than your own and conduct an oral history interview. Before your interview, draft questions that might spark interesting dialogue and storytelling. Then use audio and/or video equipment to record the interview. After the interview, select clips from the interview and create a presentation that highlights something you learned from the experience. Be sure to send a thank you letter to your interviewee to express your gratitude.
