The Maya and Aztec culture were similar in many ways. Describe at least two similarities between the Maya and Aztecs. Then explain why you think their cultures would be similar.

Both used calendars, people practiced farming, developed social structures, had armies, and worshipped many gods.

Both the Mayans and Aztecs lived in Mexico or Central America. (near each other) That's probably why they are so similar.
