Hi! Here's what I would do:
Take a piece of paper and write down the MAIN important parts of this timeline. Practice these and make sure you remember the important aspects. The exact times aren't exactly ideal in this type of presentation especially if you can't use the slides you wrote from.
So basically
Forget about the time (such as 10:30 and such) and remember what happens. For example; Naomi gives Mark his schedule.
