The formula for slope is y2-y1/x2-x1, therefore:

-6-(-2)/4-2 = -4/2 = -2

As for the y-intercept, you can easily follow the pattern of the table. If y increases by 4 every time x increases by 2, you could count down (or because we're in the negatives, you'd technically count up):

-2+4 = 2
