C.
Divide 15.55/5 and get $3.11. From there, you just mark that answer c really. For constant of proportionality just divide the cost by how much you bought (cost divided by pounds) in this case

The answer is C. 3.11 because if you divide 15.55 divided by 5 you will get 3.11
