The spindle fibers pull the chromosomes apart in prophase then bring them together in telophase.
The nuclear membrane forms in prophase and breaks down in telophase.
The nuclear membrane forms in telophase and breaks down in prophase.
There are other ppl who have asked this question but the answers seem wrong because in my notes it says that the fourth one is correct

Yeah the fourth one is right, chromosomes don’t get pulled in prophase, that’s anaphase. And also I don’t even know when the spindle fibers glue back the chromosomes, they get separated in each individual cell and split.
