Answer:

for 7-12 plot the points on a graph. its the rise/run. from the point farthest to the left, go down or up until you are on the same horizontal line. however many units you moved is the first number. (_/?). then from that point, go to the right until to actually land on the point. however many units you used is your second number. The slope will be in a fraction, and sometimes you can turn it into a whole number.
