Answer: y = 2x-5
Step-by-step explanation:
(using slope formula: y2-y1/x2-x1
1 - -3/ 3-1
=4/2 which is 2
(using point-slope formula: y-y1=m(x-x1)
y+3=2(x-1)
y=2x-5
