im so confused and I'm ready to just throw my computer at the wall, how do you graph 3/5x + 9? i get the graphing the y intercept or whatever it's called but our teacher just doesn't teach us and gives us a website to figure it out ​

start by placing a point on 9

Explanation:

then use "rise over run" ( which is ri/ru) so you go up 3, then over 5. (hope this helps!)
