Explanation- find the slope. By looking at the first point, you go up 1 and over 3, making slope 1/3. Or you can find the slope with the equation:
m = y2-y1
———
x2-x1

The y intercept is on the y axis at 2.

So, The equation is y = 1/3x + 2
