I’ll do a brunch bowl!

Quinoa (grains) with Chicken (protein) a potched egg and kale chips. On the side you can have yogurt (dairy). You can add seasonings in the bowl for extra flavor.

I am a vegan but before I was, I used to eat this quite often.
