Hello, my name is Anne. I live in the New England Colonies in New York. Since I am a girl in the colony, I'm not allowed to pursue a man's career such as being a lawyer or fireman. I've wanted to be a firefighter my whole life but since I am a girl, I cannot. Besides this, I like living in New York because I get a better education than those in the Middle and Southern Colonies so I can read and write.
