Given: 10-x+3x=-4(x-4) prove: x=1 and i have to use proofs for each step ex:division property​

Answer:

10+x+3x=-4(x-4)

10+2x=-4x+16

collect like-terms

2x+4x=16-10

6x=6

divide both by 6 to find the value of x

therefore, x is equal to 1
