Explanation:

-1 is the slope intercept, as you can see where the line goes through the y-axis.

The line is also negative, as it's going down, and the slope is three down (negative) and one over. Since slope is written as y over x (y/x), 3 is y. One, the x, doesn't need to be written because 3 is already a whole number.
