Using the SOH CAH TOA trig identity;

According to TOA

tan(theta) = opp/adj

x = 500tan8

x = 500(0.1405)

x = 70.27

x = 70.3m (to the nearest tenth)

Hence the height of the rocket in meters is 70.3m
