Equation: 16 = 2.50r +3.50

Answer: r = 5

Explanation:

since we know that we want only one Baby Breath we can add 3.50 to the end of our equation. So all we need to do is solve for the number of roses (r)

16 = 2.50r +3.50

16 - 3.50 = 2.50r

12.50 = 2.50r

with that we divide both sides by 2.50 and get

5 = r
