The two possible numbers are 19 and 41
The only square single digits are 1, 4 and 9
Possible two digit numbers are:
14 - divisible by 2
19
41
49 - divisible by 7
91 - divisible by 7
94 - divisible by 2

19 is suitable no in which 1 is square of itself and 9 is of 3
