A recipe calls for 6 cups of milk. If you have 4

pints of milk, how many cups will you have left
over?

Well one pint is 2 cups and it says you would have 4 pints so you would need to multiply like this 2x4=8 and since you only need 6 you would subtract six from eight like this 8-6=2 so that means you have 2 cups of milk left.
