To generate the sequence substitute values for n into the recursive formula.
f(1) = 10
f(2) = f(1) - 2 = 10 - 2 = 8
f(3) = f(2) - 2 = 8 - 2 = 6
f(4) = f(3) - 2 = 6 - 2 = 4
f(5) = f(4) - 2 = 4 - 2 = 2
The first 5 terms are 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
