I believe it is legally fair yet very evasive that the 3rd party candidates happen to usually strive on party deformation. An example was with hillary clinton and how she lost several states to jill stine whilst they had the same ideals on the environment. It truly shouldnt happen but it is bound to when they arise. In european countries 3rd party candidates do much better and work much better representing their side.
