(32x^5)/(48x^7) Could someone solve and explain this maybe?

I feel the easiest way to answer this question would be the rewrite the equation as 32/48x^5 • x^7
Since you are dividing the expressions, you would divide 32 by 48
Then you add the exponents together since they are like terms of x.
So far you would have:
32/48x^12
You could then simply 32/48 to 2/3
Then you get the answer:
2/3x^12
