Average rate of change =
(f(b) - f(a))/(b - a)

Where,


a = 20, f(a) = 15


b = 60, f(b) = 51

Plug in the values into the formula:

Average rate of change =
(51 - 15)/(60 - 20)


(36)/(40) = 0.90
