y=(-3/2)x - 0.5

Explanation:

We can see that x increases by 2 when y decreases by three

First we can find the y intercept

We need x to be zero for this

We can add 1 to x but then we will need to subtract 1.5 from y

x = 0

y = -0.5

Now we find the slope

SInce we know that y goes down three when x goes forward two we know the slope is -3

plug it all in and you get the equation

y=(-3/2)x - 0.5
