She is a 100% loyalist. I say this because her husband is rich, she is related members inside the British House of Parliament and she is against the Sons of Liberty. The Sons of Liberty was a secret revolutionary moment created by Samual Addams in attempt to get rid of British oversight and rule over the 13 colonies. As we can see in the text she is very much a loyalist (a group of people in the 13 states that wanted British rule to continue) and there is no way that she would be neutral.
