Answer:

Explanation:

1) Time spent by Jack = Time spent by Jill * 1 1/2

= 9(1)/(2)*1(1)/(2)\\\\=(19)/(2)*(3)/(2)\\\\=(19*3)/(2*2)\\\\=(57)/(4)\\\\=14(1)/(4) hours

2) Time spent by Jill = Time spent by Jack ÷ 1 1 /2

= 18 1/4 ÷ 1 1/2

= 73/ 4 ÷ 3/2

= (73)/(4) * (2)/(3)\\\\=(73)/(2)*(1)/(3)\\\\=(73*1)/(2*3)\\\\=(73)/(6)\\\\=12(1)/(6) hours

3) Third number = Sum of three numbers - Sum of two numbers

Sum of two numbers =
8(2)/(3)+8(1)/(6)\\

= (26)/(3) +(49)/(6)\\\\=(26*2)/(3*2)+(49)/(6)\\\\=(52)/(6)+(49)/(6)\\\\=(52+49)/(6)\\\\=(101)/(6)\\

Third number = 22 8/15 - 101/6

= (338)/(15)- (101)/(6)\\\\= (338*2)/(15*2)- (101*5)/(6*5)\\\\= (676)/(30)- (505)/(30)\\\\= (676-505)/(30)\\\\= (171)/(30)\\\\=5 (21)/(30)\\\\= 5 (7)/(10)
