In any linear equation you use the formula y=mx + b. M always is the slope and B is always the y intercept. In this case, we can assume the slope is 1 since 1 times anything is itself there is no need to write it so we just write x. Then, the +1 represents your y intercept.

Answer:

The slope is 1 and the y intercept is +1

Explanation:

The value of the coefficient of x is 1 and the b value in slope intercept form is +1
