If the economic conditions require me to accept a job opportunity that is different from what I am looking for, then I had a practical and positive attitude towards the new opportunity. The benefits can be the growth and up-gradation of my personal skills till the time.
What is a career goal?
A career goal is the aim of an individual as per his/her interests and passion in what he/ she is best at. For instance, a person wants to become a doctor and he/she is good in science-related subjects, so he/she started his/her higher studies in the medical field.
If the financial conditions are not good and I have to take a job offer that is totally different from my career goal then I perform to the best of my abilities and try to match with the policies of the company. The new job offer helps me to explore my inner strengths to know at what place I am good and also helps me to figure out my weaknesses in order to know where I have to improve myself.
