Aman has 25 marbles more than half of the marbles that Rajiv has.​If Aman has 40 marbles ,how many marbles does Rajiv have ?

given: aman has 40 marbles

and aman's marbles are 25 more than half of rajiv's marbles.

so, aman has 25 + x/2 marbles

40 = 25 + x/2

40 - 25 = x/2

15 = x/2

15*2 = x

30 = x

thus, rajiv has 30 marbles.
