But the act and wanting to do it can vary. In America and many 1st worlds we are majority sex positive, so many will do it out of wedlock or whenever they want and it would be seen as a good thing and nothing bad. If we look at a very conservative country, let's say Pakistan. Pakistan isn't a very sex positive country and it is looked down upon to have sex out of wedlock. Therefore having the desire of actually going out and doing the act is low, compared to sex positive countries where it is not as looked down upon.
