Hi, so I was wondering if anyone knows the surface area of a cylinder if the diameter is 7.5? Thank you so much! :)

Answer:

206.17

Key(s):

A = 2\pi (d)/(2) h + 2\pi \left((d)/(2)\right)^2

Substitute d for the actual diameter, 7.5, and h for the height, which is 5.

Explanation:

A = 2\cdot\pi \cdot(7.5)/(2) \cdot5 + 2\cdot\pi \cdot\left((7.5)/(2)\right)^2 ≈ 206.17(2 DP)
