The FITT principle can help with our workouts on a daily basis this is because it helps us recognize what we need to do to get in shape. The F means Frequency which is how often you exercise. The I means Intensity, how hard to exercise. The T means time, how long you exercise. And Finally the last T means Type, what kind of exercise you choose, so might be core or legs. All of this helps up know what to do and set up our workout to build our stamina, body, condition and more.
