It is Zero because there is no change on the y axis

If it was no change on the x it would be undefined because you can’t divide by zero

so it should be zero

Answer:

Zero

Explanation:

\mathrm{Slope}=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)\\\\\left(x_1,\:y_1\right)=\left(-2,\:-3\right),\:\\\left(x_2,\:y_2\right)=\left(8,\:-3\right)\\\\m=(-3-\left(-3\right))/(8-\left(-2\right))\\\\m=0
