(J + B + O + K) / 4 = 63

J = .25O
B = O + 10
K = O - 18

Substitute:
((.25O) + (O + 10) + O + (O - 18)) / 4 = 63
(3.25O - 8) / 4 = 63
3.25O - 8 = 252
3.25O = 260
O = 80

K = O - 18
K = 80 - 18
K = 62

B = O + 10
B = 80 + 10
B = 90

Therefore,
B + K = 152
