Two questions:

1. I'm 14, 173 cm, and 76 kg. Can I be considered as overweight?

2. I try to exercise at least 3 hours a week, but I'm still not loosing any weight. What am I doing wrong? I try to eat healthy and I am trying to stay off desserts (It's pretty hard), so it you have any advice please feel free to comment below!

hiiii yes you are considered overweight but i was in that boat as well. I tried everything to lose weight, i finally started losing weight by eating keto, Vegetables, protein, steak, chicken, and good fats. Keto is a low carb diet which you can still eat delicious foods and still be losing weight. If you have any more questions i am here:) and YOU GOT THIS!!!:)
