Answer:

AC = 13.3

Make proportional relationship:

$\sf (AB)/(AC) = (AM)/(AN)$

Insert values

$\rightarrow \sf (10)/(AC) = (6)/(8)$

Cross multiply

$\rightarrow \sf AC = (10(8))/(6)$

Simplify

$\rightarrow \sf AC =13.3$
