B could be right but the fact that the jewish people and the Islamic people are fighting for all the land of israel. Because it is often referred to the holy land, and lots more stuff happened that I don't wanna explain so...

C is just flat out wrong cause most middle eastern countries are theocracies, meaning government is run by religion and its leaders.

D is wrong cause christians don't excile jewish people.
