V = 324 cm³

Explanation:

the volume (V) of the pyramid is calculated as

V =
(1)/(3) Ah ( A is the area of the base and h the height )

here A = 9² = 81 cm² and h = 12 , then

V =
(1)/(3) × 81 × 12 = 27 × 12 = 324 cm³
