m is the slope.
b is the y-intercept, the value of y when x=0.
Slope is 3.
Any line parallel to this has the same slope.
Point-slope formula...
y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-2=3(x-3)
y-2=3x-9
Let's add 2 to both sides...
y-2+2=3x-9+2
y=3x-7

2=[(3)(3)]-7
2=9-7
