y - 9 = (1)/(5) (x - 2) \\

y - 9 = (1)/(5) x - (2)/(5) \\

Add sides 9

y -9 + 9 = (1)/(5) x - 0.4 + 9 \\

y = (1)/(5) x + 8.6 \\

y = (1)/(5) x + (43)/(5) \\

This is the slope-intercept form.

Remember from now on ,

The coefficient of x is the slope of the line in slope-intercept form of the linear functions.

Thus ,

Slope = 1 / 5

And the correct answer is (( D )) .
