Slope intercept form: y=2/3x−16/3

1. Use the formula y-y1=m(x-x1)
-Your points are (2,-4) and your m is 2/3

2. Plug these into the formula
- y—4=2/3(x-2) (the formula says y-y1 put you still put your -4 that’s why it looks weird)

3. You follow the steps to solvin this formula and your answer should be 2x-3y=16
