(3x-1)(2x+1)

Explanation:

1-6x^2-x=0

-6x^2-x+1=0

6x^2+x-1=0

6x^2+(3-2)x-1=0

6x^2+3x-2x-1=0

3x(2x+1)-1(2x+1)=0

(3x-1)(2x+1)=0

So the factor is (3x-1)(2x+1)
