If I was starting my fitness journey right now I would start off by asking some questions to myself, how long do I exercise in a week currently? And what are some exercises I like to do? By figuring out my favorite exercises I would start and make a workout routine with them so that I have a fun time exercising and don’t feel a struggle. I would also want to slowly boost up the amount of time I exercise in a week to slowly reach my fitness goal. I would also make sure not to overwork myself as it can cause exhaustion and loss of motivation, so I will take my time and slowly reach my fitness goal and not injure my body in the process.

Well the first step would be to brain storm and plan the type of fitness you are doing and making sure that you do your research on the fitness and every body type to see how certain workouts will effect certain people
