I stopped to think for a moment, and realized chemical energy is found in food. Then, I thought about how the other day when I saw lightning, that is an example of electric energy. Then I thought about how when throw a ball, that is a form of kinetic energy. The other day, when I was hammering a nail into a piece of wood, that was a form of mechanical energy. An example of nuclear energy would be the nuclear power plant by our house. Before my book fell off my table, this is an example of potential energy. The energy from the sun is an example of radiant energy. Volcanoes and earthquakes around the world are an example of seismic energy. Sound energy would be the balloon that I popped the other day. Thermal energy would be the heat I feel from the heater.
